บท 18: You Can't Kill Me

Prete’s POV

“Why can’t you stop laughing?” He whispered while strangling me on my neck.

“Y-You…

I was trying to talk, though, I don’t know how, but one thing is for sure.

I was waiting for this moment…

This moment to finally see him.

…I finally found you.”

And so, I twist his arm and kicked his stomach.

He fell on the ground, looking so terrible. And, for sure, not prepared for my attack.

“My father’s killer.” I added.

Feeling the fire inside of me.

While he's staring at me with so much confusion in his eyes.

FLASHBACK

“Dad!” The old man on his late 50’s averted his gaze to me with a bright smile on his face.

“My sunshine!” I run to him and give him a tight hug.

I’m so happy to finally see my dad after his one-month business trip.

“Really?! You’re going to be a police officer?” He was delighted to know about that dream of him.
