After taking a moment to compose themselves, the three Genin swallowed their pride and realised that this was not going to be an easy battle for them.
Neji had the thought, "This is not good."
After charging towards Kyuubi Naruto, the three Genins immediately began fighting amongst themselves.
Tenten took one of her scrolls out of her storage and then unleashed a barrage of kunais, swords, and other bladed weapons upon Kyuubi Naruto. To be stopped, however, by the nine tails of the Kyuubi that Naruto had called forth.
Neji and Lee were the ones who were going to attack Kyuubi Naruto, and Tenten was going to provide the distraction that would allow them to get closer to Kyuubi Naruto. This was a part of their overall strategy. In order to defeat Kyuubi Naruto, the two of them sneaked up behind him and used their special attacks.
Neji yelled out "EIGHT TRIGRAMS AND SIXTY FOUR PALMS!" before being engulfed in a large sphere of chakra and sending a number of palm attacks towards Kyuubi Naruto's back.
Kyuubi Naruto moaned in discomfort as Lee bandaged him up and then proceeded to wrap him in bandages. Lee performed a powerful jump into the air, and while he was holding Kyuubi Naruto close to him, he began to spin while descending.
Lee yelled "LEAF WHIRLWIND!" as he was falling towards the ground, but just in time to avoid hitting it.
CRASH!
After Lee and Kyuubi Naruto were consumed by dust, Tenten and Neji were left wondering what had become of Lee and Kyuubi Naruto. When the dust settled, it was clear that Lee, but not Kyuubi Naruto, had sustained injuries as a result of the attack. Lee was positioned underneath one of the tails, and he appeared to be in a critical condition. Kyuubi Naruto was suspended in the air a few metres above the ground by the tails.
"Lee, I'm sorry." Naruto apologised, but when the Kyuubi regained control, he was no longer in control of his body.
Kyuubi Naruto lifted himself up onto his feet carefully before tossing Lee away in the direction of one of the trees. Tenten and Neji ran to Lee and both caught him, thereby reducing the severity of Lee's fall.
CRASH!
Kyuubi Naruto was about to move ahead before finishing them when a Jounin flash came by, caught him, and then flashed away before continuing on. This prevented him from moving ahead.
After a brief struggle, Kyuubi Naruto was able to break free of the Jounin's hold and make his way to a distance of several hundred metres from team Gai.
As he looked around, he noticed that he was surrounded by three other Jounins, and he quickly identified them as Gai, Kurenai, and Asuma.
Kurenai had the thought, "This is a bad sign. Kyuubi's Chakra is getting very strong and powerful by the minute, and I can already feel the presence of the evil."
Kyuubi Naruto laughed as he said, "I remember you younglings. I remember the horror on your faces. Seeing all those pathetic humans die. The deaths, the tragedy, remember how scared you were when you first saw me." Kyuubi Naruto said this to the younglings. "I remember you younglings. I remember the horror on your faces. Gai exclaimed in his head, "It's the Kyuubi! He's taking over Naruto's body!" as he saw what was happening.
Asuma made an educated guess and asked, "I'm guessing that you're not going to release Naruto's body, even if we ask?"
Kyuubi Naruto chuckled to himself as he said, "If I could escape this pitiful body, I would be free by now. I'll just have to make do with what I got at the moment."
Gai yelled in rage, "RELEASE HIS FLAMES OF YOUTH NOW!" as she charged at Kyuubi Naruto along with Asuma and Kurenai.
Gai attempted to knock Kyuubi Naruto out so as to avoid hurting the poor boy, but one of his tails swung and stopped him, sending him flying away from him a few metres. Gai's attempt to avoid hurting the poor boy resulted in his failure. Asuma wasn't going to take it easy; even if he was Kakashi's student, he would have to put up a good fight against Kyuubi Naruto. Asuma sent a series of kicks and punches towards Kyuubi Naruto, but they were easily blocked by Kyuubi Naruto. Asuma continued to throw kicks and punches at Kyuubi Naruto. After that, Kyuubi Naruto began to send them back to Asuma, but the speed overwhelmed him, and he took a few kicks and punches to the face and stomach in the process. Putting Asuma into a falling position. Kyuubi Naruto was about to finish Asuma off when Kurenai came in ready to punch him. Kyuubi Naruto managed to dodge and swipe one of his tails at Kurenai, only to find that she had vanished in a puff of smoke as she was attacking him.
POOF!
Kyuubi Naruto turned his head to look at Asuma, only to discover that the latter had moved on from where he had been standing. He then felt movement behind him and turned around to see Kurenai charging towards him once more. Kyuubi Naruto swiped his tail at her, only to see her vanish once more.
POOF!
Kyuubi Naruto exploded with rage and yelled, "JUST DIE ALREADY PEST!"
Kyuubi Naruto, however, was unaware that he was being held in a Genjutsu by Kurenai at the time.
Asuma was able to be dragged away from Kyuubi Naruto by Kurenai and brought to a safe distance. At that time, Asuma was trying to calm himself down by smoking a cigarette.
Asuma muttered under his breath while blowing the smoke from his cigarette away, "I guess I owe you one, Kurenai?"
Asuma, you can always rely on me to get you out of trouble, so just leave it up to me, Kurenai advised.
Kyuubi Naruto Just kept slamming the ground and swiping his tails everywhere as the two watched, thinking that he was attempting to kill Kurenai.
The question that Kurenai posed to Asuma was, "Do you know how to disperse Genjutsu?"
Asuma smiled as she explained, "Of course, Kurenai, you need to block your Chakra and disperse it in order to disperse the GenJutsu." Kurenai nodded, understanding what Asuma was getting at.
After finishing, Kurenai smiled at Asuma and said, "Well..., If the Kyuubi disperse his Chakra, Naruto will regain control over his body while Jiraya puts a stronger seal on him."
Asuma remarked, "Good plan," in response.
Kyuubi Naruto was still working on killing Kurenai, but she just kept evading his attempts to do so.
"WHERE ARE YOU!" Kyuubi Naruto demanded
Kyuubi Naruto overheard a brief discussion regarding Kurenai's plan, and he immediately began sniffing around in an effort to locate her and Asuma's scent.
"*Sniff*Sniff*" Kyuubi Naruto sniffed until he had located the two Jounins, and then he said, "Sniff*Sniff*."
"I FOUND YOU!" Kyuubi Naruto yelled in a fit of rage. "I FOUND YOU!"
After saying that, Kyuubi Naruto dashed off in the direction of the scent, which led to Asuma and Kurenai. The two Jounins remained perfectly still in order to prevent him from noticing them. Unfortunately, the plan did not work out as expected because Kyuubi Naruto grabbed Asuma by the neck and wrapped one of his tails around Kurenai, squeezing the oxygen out of her while at the same time Kyuubi Naruto was strangling Asuma to death.
Kurenai was not so fortunate, as the more she struggled, the more oxygen she used, until she had lost consciousness and was prepared to die. Kyuubi Naruto was slowed down by Naruto Inside him, releasing a bit of his grip on Asuma.
Kyuubi Naruto was about to finish off the process of killing Kurenai and Asuma when he was attacked by a Jounin with spikey hair who moved in a flash. This caused Kyuubi Naruto to let go of Kurenai and Asuma and move a few metres away from the two of them.
As soon as Kurenai lost her footing and fell to the ground, Asuma rushed towards her and caught her in mid-air, maintaining her bridal style.
Asuma's voice carried a trace of worry as he enquired of Kurenai, "Are you okay?"
As she struggled to get her oxygen levels back up, Kurenai assured Asuma, "Yes, I'm okay."
CRASH!
After the Jounin and Kyuubi Naruto collided with a tree and were covered in dust, the Jounin jumped a few metres away from Kyuubi Naruto, revealing that this Jounin was Kakashi. Next to Kakashi, a figure landed on his feet next to him, revealing that the figure was Sasuke. The Jounin and Kyuubi Naruto then collided with another tree.
As Kakashi pulled up on his headband and activated his Sharingan, he informed Sasuke, "Sasuke, be ready."
In response, Sasuke activated his Sharingan and said, "Okay."
After the dust settled, Kyuubi Naruto took a few steps towards the two, but he was still one metre away from them. He began by growling, and then he started to laugh as he recalled who Kakashi was as well as the younger boy who was standing next to him. Sasuke was perplexed as to why Kyuubi Naruto was laughing, but Kakashi didn't care; he ignored it and quickly assumed a fighting stance, studying Kyuubi Naruto's every move. Sasuke was perplexed as to why Kyuubi Naruto was laughing.
"It's good to see you again Hatake. I remember when I first saw that face of yours, you were terrified when I was about to kill you, If only The Fourth Hokage hadn't stopped me, you would no longer be even standing here as we speak." Kyuubi Naruto saw Kakashi's eyes narrow at him, Kyuubi Naruto laughed then turned his view towards Sasuke, "And you Uchiha. I haven't dealt with the likes of
Ignoring Naruto's teasing, Sasuke yelled out, "RELEASE NARUTO'S BODY NOW!" Sasuke's demand was met with mockery from Kyuubi Naruto.
Kyuubi Naruto yelled, "DIE!" and then yelled once more, "DEMON'S CLAW!" while holding his left arm up to his chest.
The arm of the Kyuubi Naruto was forming a Chakra claw, which was a large fox claw and was almost as large as his chest. Both Sasuke and Kakashi were taken aback when they saw the Claw because they had no idea that Kyuubi Naruto was capable of doing that. The Kyuubi Naruto rushed towards Sasuke and Kakashi as the large claw began to form.
