Man of the match
In the lockers, the coach didn't have much to say. Today his team was playing exceptionally well and he was even hesitating to let them play for 90 minutes but it might be hard on the ones who tried the hardest. He looked at Harry with a slight frown and asked
"Harry you've been running a lot, how are you feeling ?"
Harry also realized at this moment, he wasn't really tired even though he had been running for 45 minutes, he finally realized how strong the system was !
"I'm fine I can play the whole 90 minutes."
Hearing Harry say that the coach heaved a sigh of relief, Harry as the team captain had been carrying the game almost single handedly, especially on the mental side. He kept giving orders and advices, encouraging his teammates, today he was the backbone of the team.
After a short speech from the coach about how they had to keep playing like this he left his players to rest, 15 minutes of half time wasn't very long and they had to use it as efficiently as possible.
As the coach left the lockers Harry saw the usual system notification, he focused on it and it was a quest.

'I wanted to score another goal to attract even more attention on me but I guess I can't pass on a system quest, I'll make an assist and if I can I'll score another goal so that the scouts will be focused on me primarily.'

A few minutes later the second half began and the possession was for Harry's team. The strategy was a little bit different. The read and white team had a play style similar to Manchester city where they kept the possession of the ball and passed it around until they found an opening. On the other hand the green team, Harry's team played a style similar to Tottenham's. They left the possession of the ball to the opponents and used counter attacks to strike the ball into the net.
Neither of these strategies was better than the other, it all depended on the players applying them. At the highest level of football the coach had more impact on the team but at this level the players' talent was the main deciding factor of a game.
The time kept ticking and there was no opportunity to score, Harry used his dribbles to skip a few players and it seemed like the other team realized who was the source of danger and assigned three players to defend on him, even if he had Garrincha's talent it didn't mean he could use it completely, a top tier player was obviously talented but they also worked extremely hard.
In the future Harry might be unstoppable thanks to that talent but right now he was just a slightly better player.
Around the 55 minutes mark the first substitution was done by Harry's coach, Mohamed the midfielder who had done an exceptional first half was starting to get tired and was replaced by his brother Yassin, this substitution opened the flood and the opponents' coach also started subbing some players.
This however became an opportunity for Harry, two of the guys who were defending on him were replaced and the substitutes looked like they underestimated him.
'Let's see how long you can look down on me.'
Harry got a pass from Yassin but was instantly surrounded by two players and another who stayed a little bit further back in case his teammates couldn't hold Harry.
He saw a small opening between the two players where his teammates Moses was already running towards the goal, he passed it and started running immediately, Moses managed to run for barely 5 meters and had a defender on him but he saw that Harry had managed to skip past his defenders and passed it back to him.
Now Harry was in the perfect position, he was on the right side of the field, he wasn't offside thanks to the opposite center back who was standing outside the penalty area and he had lost his three leeches that wouldn't let go of him since the start of the second half.
He kept moving forward slowly to allow his teammates to get in the scoring zone and finally right before the opponents managed to take the ball from him he saw a path.
Lucas the center back had moved forward and was standing near the outside of the penalty area with no defender of him, Harry dribbled the defender in front of him and made a powerful sliding pass towards Lucas, although he was a defender he had good reflexes and lightly tapped the ball, it didn't lose momentum and changed trajectory towards the left far post. The keeper was caught by surprise and didn't manage to get there on time.

The score board changed again, 2-0.
By now the game was practically over, 60 minutes on the timer and 2-0 on the scoreboard, most people had no doubt about the winning team anymore but it was still amateur football so anything could happen.
What happened next surprised everyone, Harry's coach called him and a few other teammates back to the bench, he was subbed ! Harry couldn't believe it, he was having the game of his life in front of the scouts from great clubs and yet he was subbed ?
"Coach what's going on? I'm having the game of my life !"
He couldn't hold his anger, he usually respected his coach but by taking the decision to sub him out now he might have sabotaged his chances to join one of the better teams !
"Sit down Harry, you did great today but the rest of the team also needs to play. You can't have all the lights on you."
Harry wasn't a kid anymore, ha had lived an adult life and he knew that the coach was right but at the same time he felt like he shouldn't have been subbed, it was an amateur team so it should be about fun before anything else and everyone should be given their chance to shine in front of the scouts.
'Forget it, I think I've shown enough. In the worst case scenario I'll play the national finals with this team and show once again my value.'
Harry was subbed around the 65 minutes mark, what the coach didn't expect was that the team would lose it's head, the captain armband was given to the keeper Thomas but he wasn't used to giving orders and leading the team at all.
When he was subbed out, Harry shone even more: as soon as he left the field his team lost its coordination, this showed that he was a born leader.
In the end he wasn't as angry at the coach anymore, he was able to show the scouts that the team fell apart as soon as he left the field.
In the end the game ended with a score of 1-2 in favor of the visitors, Harry's team. He was credited with one goal and one assist which made him man of the match.
