"Alright let's complete this first quest !"
He dressed in a simple t-shirt, shorts and running shoes and left the house, 10 kilometers should be a piece of cake for someone who has been playing football since his young age.
In around 45 minutes he was done with it but since he had tried to go faster than usual he ended up panting. He leaned on the bridge railing with the river beneath him as he looked at the quest completion reward.

'There is actually a rookie gift pack, let's open it after reaching home.'
With that thought in mind he hurried home, took a shower and went to his room straight away.
'System open the rookie gift pack.'
Suddenly a holographic gift box appeared in front of him and opened with confettis flying around, slowly a first item enveloped in a white halo emerged from the box.

Harry nodded, he was a technical player so although he could dribble 3 defenders to put the ball in the net he wasn't the greatest at shooting from afar so this was beneficial to him.
The next item glowed in purple as it left the gift box.
『Congratulations on obtaining : Fitness boost potion (Rarity A)』
He felt like he had understood something, this was like a loot box in games as each rarity was associated to a color, commonly white was the worst followed by green, blue, purple and gold.
'So I guess that potion is good stuff since it's purple, let's see what else I get before checking it out.'
Before the next item left the gift box the amount of confetti was multiplied by a hundred at least and he saw a rainbow glow floating out.
『Congratulations on obtaining : Talent copy tool, one time use item (Rarity SSS)』
This time Harry couldn't wait anymore, seeing that the rarity was SSS he had no doubt that this was a life changing item he had just obtained !
He opened the inventory tab of the system while his heart was pumping blood at a crazy rate and there were two items there, a potion glowing purple and a rainbow book.
He didn't bother checking the potion yet, he pulled the book out of the system with a thought and opened the first page.
『This item is called the talent copy tool, it will allow you to chose one talent of a legendary player to copy it and keep it indefinitely, remember that this is a one time use item and you may never receive it again, think carefully before choosing ! In the next pages are some of the biggest names of football, chose one and then pick the talent you want to copy.』
Harry felt his blood boiling with excitement, copying a talent from a legend of football, what did that mean ? It meant he already had a step in greatness!
'This is the tricky part, who should I choose? I'm good at dribbling but compared to professional players I'm barely decent, should I focus on that and pick Ronaldhino Gaucho's talent ? I could also take passing skills from a great playmaker like Zinedine Zidane, Steven Gerard's free kicks… and so many other legends !'
As he was browsing through the pages of the book he saw a name, a single name on that page caught his attention, underneath Pelé's name was the man nicknamed Alegria do Povo by the people of Brazil, it meant People's Joy, his name was Manuel Francisco Dos Santos, more commonly referred as Garrincha meaning little bird. During his time as a professional player, he never lost a single game when Pelé and him were on the field. The craziest thing was that Garrincha had a spinal condition that meant he had one leg shorter than another ! And even with that disability he wrote his name in the history books of football !
'I made my choice, since it's the talent I'm copying then there is no better player than Garrincha when it comes to dribbling !'
As he made his choice the words shuffled themselves on the book and he was given three options.
『Manuel Francisco Dos Santos had been picked as the target of the talent copy.
Choice number 1 : Shooting talent.
Choice number 2 : Passing talent.
Choice number 3 : Dribbling talent.』
He didn't even need to think about it, Garrincha's most impactful trait was his dribbling, so much so that even today people are inspired by his style !
He made his choice and the book went up in flames as if it never existed in the first place, suddenly Harry was assaulted by a headache and lost consciousness.
He woke up a few hours later as his mother was calling him for lunch, the headache was gone and he felt different but couldn't pinpoint what was different about himselt yet.
After eating he went back to his room to look into the second reward of the rookie gift pack.
『Fitness boost potion : Adds 5 points into all fitness related stats.』
Since the description of the item was so short he didn't bother thinking about it and drank it like a shot, The potion was fully transparent and didn't taste like anything, it felt like drinking tap water. After a few seconds he felt his body heating up and his muscles squirming around, it was the same feeling as being massaged and it made him feel extremely comfortable especially after the pain he felt when copying Garrincha's talent.

Harry checked if his sports bag had everything he needed and smiled when he saw his old Adidas Copa Mundial FG boots, These boots were worn by Zinedine Zidane, one of the greatests of all time and someone who had influenced every French aspiring football player.
Today was a cold day, Harry put on a puffer jacket above his track suit and hopped on his bicycle headed for the club, today was the first time in so long that he felt really excited about playing football, during his professional career he had accepted the fact that he might never play at the highest level but with the system it was completely possible and he wanted to try his new body and talent right away !
