บท 13: Shirogane, The True Dragon Of Space
"My lord"
In front of Eris who stood at the gate of the giant wooden house Shirogane bowed respectfully and beside him a large white dragon also kneeled towards him with her head down.
There were also some smaller dragons with the same features as the giant white dragon bowing their heads behind them.
Shirogane is one of the true dragons residing in the dragon Island and is almost 10,000 years old which is just equivalent to being in his early twenties in terms of humans but already has a cultivation base of a Martial King.
Shirogane is one of the most trusted dragons and is also a possessor of rare space elements.
Besides him the giant white dragon who bowed towards him is Lady Grace a member of the holy dragon race which is an ancestral dragon race and holds an innate holy dragon.
"You may all rise"
As Eris said all rose their heads and looked at him with a surprise.
Eris looked at their surprised gazes and already guessed what was going on in their minds.
The reason for their surprise is none other than his awakening.
Technically he didn't awaken his talents properly for the moment his aptitude has passively increased a lot and the mana in the surroundings have already sensed those talents of his and all have densely gathered near him.
All of the beings present here are proficient in sensing and manipulating mana hence they all can see how mana greatly favours him.
"Congratulations My Lord For Awakening"
First to break free from surprise was lady Grace and congratulate him and other dragons followed her.
Eris just calmly accepted their congratulations and looked at Shirogane.
"Where are the other true dragons?"
"I apologise on their behalf my lord but when you went through awakening we sealed the entire island for safety"
"I have already notified them about your health and they all wanted to congratulate you as well but because of the human envoys who were causing trouble to us they weren't able to come"
"Human envoys causing troubles?"
"Yes my lord we have seized the teleportation port of the humans for safety hence they can't go back to their land hence they all protested against the dragons."
Hearing this Eris frowned.
The human envoys they are talking about are the soldiers of a human kingdom who brought the news of the annulment of engagement along with the mages of Arvent Theocracy.
"How dare the humans protest against the dragons in the Dragon Island. Shirogane"
"Yes my lord"
"Capture all human mages and present them in the court of dragons"
"Yes My Lord"
Shirogane politely bowed to his lord and said in a resolute tone.
Eris nodded at Shirogane's attitude and looked at Lady Grace.
"And Lady Grace"
"Thank you for treating me during my awakening"
A light of surprise flashed in Lady Grace's eyes before she bowed again and replied in a delighted tone.
"I was just doing my duty my lord"
"I am satisfied with your service lady Grace and will be sure to reward you later but for now I want you to come with me to my cave to treat me during my complete awakening"
"It would be my honour my lord"
"Complete awakening doesn't tell me-"
Shirogane looked at Eris with a dumbfounded expression as the complete awakening was mentioned.
"Yes my complete awakening. I have just unlocked my talents but my complete awakening is yet to be achieved"
"I would like to have all true dragons present during my awakening to protect me but since the humans are causing trouble you all should probably take care of them first"
"I will be under lady Grace's care in my cave achieving my complete awakening"
"Yes My Lord"
Shirogane politely bowed to Eris before transforming into his Dragon form once again and flying away from the sacred dragon forest.
Eris looked at Shirogane flying away and then at Lady Grace.
"We should leave Lady Grace"
"Yes My Lord"
As Eris said he closed his eyes and his size began to expand.
Beautiful Purple colour scales began to form on his bodies and three large horns sprouted out of his head.
From his back a large reptilian tail began to emerge and his limbs began to reform into the shape of reptilian claws.
Two large wings which spanned for a few metres individually began to emerge from his back and his face which was now covered with scales changed into a dragon's face.
"RAAAWR~"
Letting out a majestic roar all dragons present in front of him bowed in respect.
With his 7 metre long body Eris in his dragon, flapped his wings and took off in the sky and flew away.
Lady Grace whose size was greater than Eris due to her being older also politely followed him to his cave.
