Ava released a long sigh of relief after knowing the woman was safe, and said, "That's a relief. For a moment, I thought the woman's body was decomposed by the poisonous mist created by the goblin mage." 

Then she continued, "Although it didn't work against me as I covered my body with a thin layer of Qi, the poisonous mist was strong, very strong as the ground was also affected by it."

What Ava said is true, the purple mist created by the goblin mage was really dangerous as it turned the entire ground covered by the mist to purple.

And it had the same effect as the purple mist itself— anyone touching it will be paralyzed, and soon the body will start to decompose rapidly.
