While inside the car, Robin was grinning like an idiot waiting to arrive home. Naturally, it was because he was about to make his mother quit her job. So that the two of them could live a relaxing life.
The thought of being financially free while going on vacations along with his mother was something that Robin had always dreamed about. That's why this situation seemed somewhat unbelievable to him.
And the reason for all of his happiness was the app he had found on the app store. But it also made him think. If he got the app on his feed, wouldn't other people do the same?
That was something he had to search more about on google and try to find more information. Since if that was the case, people would just choose overpowered abilities from anime while in the white room.
And if the person had thought about conquering the world, no one could do anything about it. That's why if Robin could somehow get inside the white room once again, he would get something strong that could help him protect his loved ones.
Shaking his head, Robin tried to stop thinking about these bad thoughts since today he was supposed to be celebrating. As he was now a 19-year-old millionaire.
Leaning his head on the glass window while looking out outside, Robin recognized the streets as they were the ones in his neighborhood. Meaning that he was near his home.
Soon after the car stopped in front of the apartment. Robin said his farewells to the chauffeur while tipping him a 10$ bill.
Entering the building, he then walked up the stairs before arriving at the apartment door. Robin then took a deep breath before he opened it.
" Robin, honey. Are you back?
" Yes mom, it's me."
After hanging his jacket on the clothes rack, Robin then walked toward the direction where the sound had come from. Which was his mother's room.
Inside he saw his mother laying on the bed while watching what seemed to be a movie on her phone.
"Did you need something?" His mother asked when she noticed him coming in.
"No, I just wanted to tell you about the surprise. Did you forget about it already?"
As the thought resurfaces in her mind, Robin's mother then sat down on the bed while patting the side next to her. Signaling Robin to sit down with her.
As a smile crept on his face, he then did what she instructed and sat down next to her.
"So mom. You know how I've been going out quite a lot these past few days right?"
"Mhm. You're starting to worry me, Robin. Did you join a gang or something?" She asked making up stuff in her head.
*Sigh*
"No that's not it mom. But while I was out with a friend I found a diamond. And I auctioned off this diamond to make some money."
"WHAT. Did you find a diamond? And you didn't tell me? Well, how much did you sell it for? A few hundred dollars?" She got somewhat mad before then asking him about his earnings.
" About 87 million dollars. Well, not including the tax."
"My hearing is becoming worse these days. Did you say $87?"
"No, I said 87 million." Robin scratched his head while giving out an awkward laugh.
His mother not being able to comprehend the sheer amount, fell back down on her bed and fainted.
"....."

*thump*
As Robin lay on his bed, he let out a deep breath before then remembering the conversation he had with his mother.
Although she had fainted when he told her about the money, she woke up a second later before Robin could even get the chance to call the ambulance.
And when she did, the first thing Robin's mother did was hug him while crying her eyes out. Which also made robin somewhat emotional.
His mother then started praying and thanking god for the opportunity. While Robin sat on the sidelines, before joining in because of his mom's angry stare.
After that, the two began discussing what they should do with the money. And Robin suggested that they should buy a new house and also new cars.
Although his mother already had one, it was only a cheap and almost broken-down fiat. Now that Robin had the money, he would make sure that his mother would enjoy a luxurious life.
Even though his mom disagreed at first and instead wanted him to keep the money to support his wife and children. Robin simply dismissed the idea and told her that she was the most important person in his life.
He had also told her to quit her job since they had so much money that they wouldn't even be able to spend it all in their lifetime. She stubbornly disagreed, saying that she liked her job and wanted to continue working there.
Robin tried to convince her more but gave up once looking at the expression on her face that said she was getting annoyed.
And after looking for a house for quite a while, the one that had interested the two the most was a three-story house that was fully furnished, with a large garden and a swimming pool in the back. While the front of the house had beautiful bushed and trees that made the house more beautiful.
Robin called the real estate agent's number that was written on the site. He then made an appointment where he and his mom would get to take a look at the house before they decided on buying it.
And lucky enough, they were supposed to meet up tomorrow morning.
So with all of it done, Robin now then turned off the lamp on his left side before then making himself comfortable. After that, he then shut his eyes and decided to sleep early since he was quite tired from the events that had happened today.
