Chapter 301: We need to leave!
"So that's where Vivi went." Nami realized after seeing part of the chateau explode.
"She is inside big Mom chateau? this is bad…what is she doing there?" Sanji asked.
"We were ambushed by some weird woman who could control a mirror or something like that." Explained Franky.
"That must have been Brulee…she is one of Big Mom's oldest daughters," explained Reiju.
"So she got captured and now she is making a ruckus in there...this is bad. What if they cancel the wedding for this?" Ichiji commented.
"You damn pirates!, how dare you ruin my son's wedding!" Vinsmoke judge menacingly towered over them.
More commotion could be heard from inside the island's central building
Then, all of a sudden, a burst of water came from one of the windows.
"How can one person make such a mess?" Yonji wondered out loud.
"She is going to get killed…I would be surprised if she survives five more minutes." Added Niji.
"Hey, she is not going to die, okay!?!" Nami shouted at them.
The main doors of the chateau opened and a group of people came out.
At the front of the group was a large shirtless man with red/orange hair and a short beard.
Behind him were a lot more people with weapons and they all looked very upset.
"There they are! I knew it, the Strawhats and the Germa66 are working together in this!." The man shouted while pointing at them.
"Wait, don't put us together with these blasted pirates!" exclaimed Yonji.
Ichiji smaked him on the head.
"Idiot, they are pirates too!. Don't piss them off."
"Excuse me, but who are you?" Vinsmoke Judge asked.
"I am Officer Oven!. And you are all to surrender and await your punishment for your actions. If you don't, Momma will certainly have your souls for this!"
"Our souls?..." Niji looked worried.
"Hold on, what are we being accused of exactly? We have just arrived here." Reiju asked.
"yeah, and this guy." Ichiji pointed at Sanji.
"Is going to marry one of the Charlotte daughters. What about that?."
"The wedding?, you think we are that stupid?!" Oven snaped at the comment. His fists became ablaze and he menacingly lifted them.
"You are all dead!."
The other people behind him took out all sorts of weapons. They all came here ready for a war.
"You have obviously found out about our plot to kill you all during tomorrow's wedding. Why else would you have done that to my poor sister?!" Oven shouted furiously.
"What?!" All members of the Vinsmoke family were shocked, except for Reiju.
"I knew there was something suspicious about this. There was no reason for Big Mom to offer a marriage without forcing us to join her family…."
"I knew we couldn't trust those pirates! You are all deceiving scum!" Vinsmoke judge spat.
"But why would they do this to us? we have never offended her." Niji asked.
"That greedy woman must want out technology." Judge realized. The man looked like a brute, but in reality, his strongest point was his intelligence and scientific knowledge.
"She is likely after our advancements in cloning."
After all, even a sea Emperor would be tempted by the prospect of having an endless army of warriors.
"So, what do we do now, father?" Asked Ichiji.
"It doesn't seem like they are going to just let us leave." Niji pointed out.
"We fight, of course!" Exclaimed Sanji.
"That's what my crew always does."
"That's right! we just need to open a way and go back to our ship." Frankly said.
"Ours is in Chocolate Island's port," Reiju recalled.
"They would not let us approach further…now we know why. They didn't want us getting away easily." Yonji said.
"They have probably taken this chance to get inside the ship. Or at least to try…it won't be an easy task for them." Judge said.
"But we can't leave yet, Vivi is still in there!" Nami pointed at the chateau.
"We can't stay here, are you crazy?" Ichiji frowned.
"Yeah, who cares about one pirate?" Niji added.
"No one is abandoning Vivi. You can be sure of that." Sanji told her.
"Die!" Oven jumped at them with his flaming fists, but was stopped by no other than Sanji's father.
"If you think we are going to be an easy target…I will make you regret this!" He said.
"She better hurry up thought, these guys will not wait." Zoro parried several weapons that were thrown at them.
It was then that they heard more loud noises coming from the main building and spotted something red approaching from the distance.
"What the heck is that?" asked yonji.
"I don't know but is quite big, and is coming this way," Ichiji said.
"I think I have seen that before." Nami narrowed her eyes.
As it got closer, they saw that the red thing looked like a giant cube and was being carried by someone.
"That's Vivi!" Sanji was the first one to recognize her.
"What is she carrying?" asked Zoro.
"Oh no… don't tell me she stole that?!" Nami became increasingly worried after recognizing what it was.
"Guys!" Vivi started to jump over the mass of people who were surrounding her friends.
"Hold on, I'm coming!"
Oven was too distracted by his fight with Judge to notice this.
But Nami and the rest saw her make a big jump and land with both feet on the back of Oven's head, knocking the man instantly before he could comprehend what happened.
"Whoa, you are all here, that's great! Because we really need to leave this island assap." vivi yelled.
"Vivi!, what did you do?!" Nami looked furious
