The Empire of Arkur is a powerful nation which ruled through direct control through a system built centuries ago which had little to know changes since why change something which worked perfectly for them.

The Empire not only made things worse for their civilians but also the slaves or the ones they found to be not worth to be the citizens.

This included the Ellorans who were living in the forest and was harmless but they were deemed as as a useful slave.

To the point each cities must keep a quota of Ellorans for constructions and other heavy duty works. This decreased the work load of it's own citizens but the problem was the citizens themselves were not even much valued.

Citizens of the Empire given less jobs since the slaves handled the important ones, the remaining jobs were filled and the only one left was to be an soldier.

Many were not willing because the Empire tends to throw soldiers at the enemy due to the amount of soldiers had.
