Zhou Yan paced around the room excitedly. "Do you realize what this means?"
"What?" Su Wen asked, intrigued.
"It means you're not just a writer; you could also enter into the entertainment industry," Zhou Yan exclaimed.
"That's not a good idea," Su Wen replied, her mind immediately going to Heng Yang's reaction if he found out. He had been against her attending the signing event, let alone pursuing an entertainment career. Even though he hadn't been involved in her life, she couldn't just think about herself.
Su Wen didn't want to let Heng Yang down.
"Why not?" Zhou Yan pressed.
"It's not my goal. I just want to focus on my own business. Writing a book isn't even my ultimate goal; it's just a way to make ends meet since I'm short on cash," Su Wen explained, her gaze dropping. "You can probably tell I'm not a natural-born author. I struggle with writing."
