Zale walked away from her to the centre of the dummies, stretched out both hands by his side, and pulled them by the elbow."

Deep breaths," he instructed and did as he had said.

"Ensure an even flow with your powers and your core. Let your energy breathe with you. Feel it connected, feel it flow with your breathing, moving to every part of your body."

Zale closed his eyes envisaging all he had told her, wishing she understood what he meant and channelled his powers into his hands.

"Once you have got a good grasp on fine-tuning your breathing, try channelling it to your hands."

She watched him do the same thing as a bright white light shone around his palm, getting ready for action.

He brought both palms close together. Right before her eyes, she saw a small pull of water between them as the water began taking shape to suit any shape.
