It was a game of hide and seek with Mark Parsons.

They wanted him to come to the wedding, but they didn't want to make it too obvious.

Mark Parsons saw himself as part of Dominion's elite community. He liked to show up to see not only extravagant but also exclusive events. Hence, the grand wedding between Ryan and Aiden was held in utmost secrecy, but not entirely discreet to allow some loopholes for Mark to attend.

And because they prepared for Mark's attendance, they had to prepare the wedding venue in such a way as to allow for Mark's safe and quick detainment. Knowing Organization X's modus operandi, they usually did not care about the number of casualties that resulted from their cruel schemes. That meant that the Parliament had to care on their behalf.

The requirements for the wedding increased with the passing hours because everyone was nervous and anxious.
