After solving the Central City problem, Evan could have gone directly to Utopia using the Tower of Ascension. But before going to Utopia, he wanted to do one more thing.

During his battle against Clone, Evan realized that he needed to learn how to use his physical body properly. Due to his Monarch Core and mutated Prime Core, his physical abilities are far stronger than anyone else's.
