'Frozen Monarchy' is the name of the empire that Winterclaw rules over. There are many countries under the rule of frozen monarchy.

Every single country under frozen monarchy is ruled by a different race, and the rulers of these races are the subordinates of Winterclaw.

'Nyctopia' used to be one of the countries under the rule of the frozen monarchy and also the place where 'Frost Wraiths' used to live.

Nyctopia was one of the strongest countries under the frozen monarchy because frost wraiths were stronger than the average races of the world.

But all of this is a thing of the past because, in the current time, there is not even a single frost wraith who is alive.

The entire race of frost wraiths is already extinct and the reason for this is the shadow monarch.
