While Lucifel thought that killing her would have been something disastrous, a part of him wouldn't have minded at all.

Just as soon as he walked out from the chamber, his eyes dropped on his sister, Esmeralda whose eyes were red with tears. Ignoring her, he walked past her, however, she held him by his wrist, stopping his motion.

Esmeralda walked backwards and stopped when her eyes were finally set on him. She asked, her voice breaking in between, "Brother..."

Lucifel looked blankly at her and decided to go, not ready to stand in front of a crybaby, he had more to do than to console someone he didn't care about.

The mating ceremony with Hazel was today but she wasn't here. He decided to replace Hazel with someone else in order not to cause suspicion in the gathering. As soon as he was done appearing in front of his father and sitting, waiting for some time, he would take some of his loyal troops and try to search for where Hazel had been taken to.
