Mister Chu still couldn't believe that he was being treated like a servant who was in charge of cleaning the dirty mess of the rich people. He wanted to suck up to the rich officials but this was now how he imagined it! 

On the other hand, Lin Yating was blinking her eyes at the man in front of her, her face was flushed as she continued to stare at the man. 

" Why are you walking alone at night?" This question was supposed to be asked by Fan Qiu but instead, it was Lin Yating who asked him such a question, momentarily making Fan Qiu speechless as he looked at Lin Yating and cleared his throat before saying, "  I am here on guard, Miss Lin." 

Hearing his response, Lin Yating tittered as if she had heard a joke. She tilted her head and then remarked, " You are guarding the manor? With that beautiful face, you should be the one who needs a guard."
