" Are you going to keep running even though you know there is nowhere to hide?"

His voice made Yin Zhu pause but she did not stop as she heard the man say,  " The fact that you are running like this shows that you know that you were in the wrong. Did I not say that you need to be a good girl and stay put?  So why did you have to act like a bad girl…do you know what I do with bad girls?" The question was almost flirty with a hint of teasing but Yin Zhu knew that the man was hiding his anger. 

He was suppressing it maybe for her to let her guard down or maybe he wanted her to stop and plead with him. 

She would have done that if not for his following words,

" I kill them," he finished with his freezing tone and Yin Zhu knew that she had trespassed his bottom line.
