Shock and fury registered on Salma's face when she heard the impossible nonsense Jeremy just spewed. 

The same reaction registered on Cozan's face too. Despite his current situation, he felt like punching Jeremy in the face for even imagining what he just said.

"Let go of her, you moron." Cozan demanded, gritting his teeth.

"You are in no position to make demands, Cozan." Helminsworth tightened his grip around Cozan's neck, eliciting another deep groan from him.

Salma became confused. What kind of marriage proposal was this? When did marriage become by force instead of by choice?

"What are you talking about? I am too young to get married." She informed them, trying to stay calm as she taught of how to get herself and Cozan out of this situation. 

Jeremy let out a mocking laugh. "You're sixteen. This is the ripe age to get married."

"You're wasting time, Jeremy," Helminsworth uttered, impatiently.
