บท 135: Flaring Flame

Regan obeying the order of his mother, Lady Rosamonda went around the castle looking and searching for any intruder or anything suspicious. But even after he walked for almost five minutes, he didn't come across anyone or anything suspicious.

Remembering the flame was seen on the East wing of the castle, he decided to go there and find out what was going on. On reaching the East wing, except for the flames from the burning trees, he didn't see any other thing. Though he wondered how the fire came about.

Just to make sure he made a thorough investigation, Regan walked deeper into the forest, but still, there was nothing else he found. It was only the burning trees and the whistling of the wind against the tree branches.

With a sigh, Regan walked back to where he came from. Before he could reach for the door handle that led to the inside of the castle, he heard a crack beneath his feet making him stop in his tracks.
