บท 211: Hero in the Arena

Behind the mighty tiger, whose cage retracted and disappeared was a man and a woman.

Sapiro could not believe what he was seeing.  "Isn't that Princess Amaya?  What is she doing there?"

King Ralden finally reacted when he heard Sapiro's voice.  "What are you waiting for?  Get the Princess out of the arena.  Recall all the beasts!"  The King commanded in a loud voice and there was a flurry of movements in the corridor. 

Unfortunately, the King's order was a second late.  The door to the cages was already opened the hungry beasts have jumped out from their cages.  The cages disappeared under the arena's floor.

"Amaya, quick! Let's run to that corner and let the animals fight themselves."  Marx did not wait for her response.  He held her wrist as he ran to the corner that he thought was the safest.
