บท 100: Goodbye Unova!
The battle subsided and the sky cleared, Giovanni lied on the ground passed out and I stood over him looking down at him with a face of anger that slowly turned into pity,
The city around us was reduced to nothing but rubble, Team Rocket ran away leaving their boss behind.
'What a mess we made,' I thought.
My hair turned back to normal and so did my eyes as I smiled and looked up to the sky with my hands in the air, shouting at the top of my lungs.
"It's finally over!!! We Won!!"
Blue, Alder, N, and all the others who were on my side looked at me smiling softly, although Ghetsis walked and was too proud to admit he was relieved.
Zekrom turned back into its stone form and so did Reshiram when the remote headset was removed.
"Hey, Ayuna!" I heard someone call my name, I looked up to see who it was and I saw Chloe and Kabutops waving at me,
Chloe looked like she was about to cry tears of joy,
"Good job!!" She shouted,
I laughed as I waved back.
"Thanks a lot!"
As I waved at my friends who were alive I felt a tap on my shoulder,
Turning to see who it was, I saw Alder holding the dark stone I once used to beat Ghetsis,
"Here, It should be safe in your hands," Alder said with a smile trying to give me the dark stone,
I held the stone in my hands, looking at it in a daze.
"I shouldn't, One of you guys should have it."
"Why?" He asked.
Alder looked at me shocked surprised that I was turning down a beast such as Zekrom,
'Something tells me, that its story isn't done yet,' I thought to myself, but I didn't say it out loud he just wouldn't understand what I meant,
and In truth, I don't understand it either.
"If that's the case," A woman with a huge afro walked up,
"I'll hold it in my museum,"
"Lenora! Fancy meeting you here," Alder said,
"I came to lend a hand but by the time I got here the fight was over," She shrugged smiling,
"And I assume we have this guy to thank?" She looked at me as she spoke,
"That's right, he saved our region. We owe you big time kid," Alder said
"You should stop by again sometime! Can't wait to see you in our gyms." Lenora continued,
I smiled from ear to ear,
"Definitely!"
Everyone celebrated their victory, looking for the injured and left to go home, though when talking to everyone, for some reason N wasn't there..
'He left before I could even say goodbye' I thought as we waited for our ship back to Kanto to arrive,
"Ayuna you ok?" Kenzo asked concerned,
I nodded slightly, putting my thoughts aside,
"I'm fine, just can't believe all that happened, you know?"
"Yeah, I get that," Kenzo smiled.
The docks weren't really busy today, but we were waiting a while due to our ship being delayed by a weird storm that came out of nowhere.
At least that's what the staff said.
"HEY!" Someone shouted,
We all turned to see who it was and we saw N he was grinning from ear to ear as he ran towards us,
"I didn't get to say goodbye," He said, out of breath as he ran all the way here.
Zorua jumped off of my shoulder and into N's arms licking him repeatedly.
N laughed, being tickled by Zorua's licks.
"Oh, before I forget!" N said shaking his head to regain focus.
"I'm here to tell you!"
"When you come back here! I'm going to be a strong trainer and a strong king! I'm going to make Pokemon happy with all trainers and fulfill my promise." His cheeks were red saying all that out loud in public but he continued anyway.
"So," He hesitated before shouting.
"You better keep yours!"
He was looking to the ground afraid to look me in the eyes after what he said out of shame and embarrassment.
I ruffled his hair and smiled,
"You can count on it," I said.
N looked up at me slowly, his eyes filled to the brim with tears just waiting to escape,
"Hey Ayuna the ship is here!" Blue called out as everyone started to board,
"Coming!" I shouted back, turning to N,
"Catch you later, OK?" I started to leave, waving goodbye to N as I did so.
N looked at me speechless all he could do then was smile,
as the ship started to move we went further and further out at sea,
N wiped his tears and chased the ship to the end of the dock, shouting at the top of his lungs.
"When I grow up I'm getting a Zorua just like yours!!" He shouted as if his life depended on it, his face soiled with tears.
"And, I'll show you all the new friends I'll make on the way!"
"Please come back soon!!" His voice broke down into tears until he was speaking nothing but gibberish I waved at him through the window as we left a tear in my eye.
"Hey Ayuna, look," Chloe said, sitting in the seat right next to me.
She handed me her phone, showing a picture of me at the docks.
"You took a picture of me??"
"Haha yup! Along with Kenzo he also took mine."
"You told me it was a video, I look so dumb!"
"That's your loss!"
Kenzo laughed overhearing our conversation,
"It's not funny!"
"Of course it is!" Chloe disagreed.
"Whatever," I sighed as I looked out the window once again, though ignoring Chloe seemed to have gotten her even more inclined to talk to me,
"So,"
"You beat an underground crime boss, fought on a legendary dragon, and saved a whole region," she listed,
"What are you planning on doing now?"
I thought about it for a while, looking at Zorua who was sitting on my lap,
I smiled to myself and she wagged her tail.
"We're going, to save celebi!"

"Come on... come on." Alijah dug through the rubble of the team rocket hideout, looking for a friend he didn't want to lose.
Pulling the rocks out of the way he uncovered a strand of stray purple hair,
His face was left shocked, he kept digging in hopes that maybe, just maybe...
The final rock was moved, revealing Mavery, her face bashed in and deformed by the rubble overhead,
Alijah collapsed onto his knees,
his hands shaking as he touched her soft hair one last time...
"I-" He tried to speak but the words wont come out,
"I, I did everything right... what happened,"
"Why are you dead!" He shouted, though visibly upset, tears refused to come out he was bled dry and hopeless, the only person he ever loved and cared for, yet he hid the truth from them, up until their death.
"Why..." He muttered,
"You done?" He heard someone speak behind him, their labcoat flying in the wind,
"Leave me alone," he muttered.
"No can do chief," Prof Adams said, putting a cigarette in her mouth,
"You're needed by the big guy."
Alijah looked back at her with eyes of sorrow and rage.
"Come on, don't be like that,"
"we'll make good use of you again,"
"Project2-5."

Ghetsis touched his face, as he looked in the mirror, an eye patch where his eye once was,
He sighed as he looked at it constantly reminded of this day.
"Hey, Father," He heard N on the other side of the door,
He didn't respond, ignoring N entirely.
"Are you mad... I'm sorry about the eye I just, wanted to make sure my friend was ok,"
N remained on the other side of the door, not hearing a word from his father, thinking he was too upset to speak N walked away from the door, only stopping when he heard a creak,
He turned around, seeing Ghetsis with a soft smile and his arms wide open,
N grinned from ear to ear happily running into the hands of his father hugging him tightly.
