Hiroshi finished writing everything he could remember from the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu scrolls, each of the 81 seals was a mixture of seals that he already knew, or something similar to the knowledge contained in the Advanced Fuinjutsu scrolls, Hiroshi deliberated about making copies of knowledge he gained from Advanced Fuinjutsu before he discarded that plan. The advanced knowledge while precious wasn't as important as these 27 scrolls. Each scroll contained an explanation about 3 seals, along with the number of endpoints each seal had.
'This is very similar to the logic gates from my last life, each control seal is nothing but a switch that tells chakra to go one way or the other, and the transmission seals are just wires and bridges from which chakra goes from one control seal to another, a looping seal is a set of 2 switches that makes the chakra go through the same branch until that chakra is needed for something...' Hiroshi thought as he finished drawing the last seal.
He wrote down everything in English, his cursive was illegible to even a native speaker so Hiroshi was sure that no one in this world could figure out what was written in these scrolls even if they got stolen. He was initially afraid that his Memory stat wasn't enough and he would forget everything after a while but it seems like the skills were exempted from that restriction. Since he already had the {Uzumaki Fuinjutsu} skill and these scrolls were the knowledge required to actually make use of the skill.
'Just writing down everything gave me around 10 points in INT...'
Hiroshi looked through his stats, his INT was unable to grow because he didn't have access to high-level materials, but just getting all these new skills gave him a boost of at least 1 INT for every new Jutsu, and then when he wrote down the scrolls he got another increment of 9.
'...Ironically INT is my highest stat right now, which means I have a lot of room for improvement in the INT department, and since I could select two options if I change nothing then that means I could learn a lot of jutsu every time by abusing Oyashiro's establishment...'
There was just one problem with that kind of thinking, he looked at the simulation results from his 6th attempt. The rating was stuck at C+, he could now at least narrow down how the rating is calculated, it shouldn't be based on strength because although he was physically weaker than the time he got a B- rating, his reaction times, his coordination, his balance, and almost every stat was at least a grade or two higher than then. Plus he knew a ton of Ninjutsu in this simulation so at least he should be mid-high chunin in strength so his strength should at least be equal or most likely higher.
It shouldn't be based on time survived in the simulation either, and neither was the cooldown, that was a huge relief. For the most part, the only thing he could think of was how much he affected the world, the highest rating he got was when he told Orochimaru a lot of stuff, that would most likely have affected the world but not enough to actually get a rating of S.
'If I get a good trait then I can't just hole up and grind skills or stats, I would need to participate in the war which means my chances of survival would decrease, but then again I can't actually participate in the war, only shinobi's of the 5 Major shinobi were allowed to participate in the war... I think, I don't actually know, plus because of Zetsu and his ability to perfectly change into someone else I won't likely survive the questioning even if I want to impersonate someone else...'
Hiroshi thought of a solution for a bit before he shook his head, the only solution he could think of would be by using the trading company that he wanted to create as a spy organization. But to do that he needed 3 things, well the first two were a must but the last one could help as well.
1. He needed to learn/master Shadow Clone Jutsu.
2. He needed to create a seal so that the Shadow clone could survive longer by regenerating the chakra from the environment or something like that.
3. If he could create a seal that could allow the Shadow clone to tank at least one or two blows then that would be perfect.
The Shadow Clone jutsu was one of the most versatile jutsus ever created, he remembered seeing Orochimaru applying a seal to the three Hokages to rewrite their personalities, if that was possible then Hiroshi was sure he could figure out a way to at least make the clone use the chakra surrounding everyone to a better effect.
And since he could get knowledge feedback from the clone he also had to figure out a way to not kill himself if his clone pops with a ton of memories.
'It would take me a long time to get this to work but since I still had around 200 days since Hidan starts his massacre I still had time to figure stuff out...'
Although he could make a deal with the Black market to set up his company it was a risky endeavor that he would not take until he was at least Jounin level in strength.
'First let's max out Uzumaki Fuinjutsu, having a better understanding of their specific language would be my easiest way to both create the seal and deceive Naruto enough to get access to Shadow Clone Jutsu...'

AN- So shit happened in the next simulation, I really don't want to make it seem like plot armor but Hiroshi had his first interaction with one of the most OP power in the Naruto world while focusing on Fuinjutsu.
