When humans first came to Kepler via the wormhole, the first batch of explorers were actually prepared to face shocks of dramatic changes. However, this situation never occurred. The reason is simple: if humans had reached Kepler through conventional movement, they would indeed face such a scenario. But humans travelled through a wormhole, which eliminated the anything-goes 'time dislocation' concept once opened with quantum entanglement channels, as the macroscopic laws of motion cannot be applied to the microscopic ones.
Of course, the precondition is that the wormhole needs to be opened. As a seed planet, this wormhole had already been opened by Celestials for humans and remained so until humans' level of technological development allowed them to discover it.
