The bigger problem was that precision shooting inevitably interfered with the mechs' mobility. The marble tiles on the ground that were continuously blinking out of existence negatively affected not only the mechs' mobility but also the pilots' prediction and their mental state.
All spectators, including military college students, wouldn't want to participate just by watching this scene. Yes, if they were the players themselves, their initial reaction would be to quit and then they would fiercely curse the designer. Was this madness? Torture for the sake of torture?
