This chapter contains the normal expected Sabrina abuse stuff that I wouldn't normally give a warning for, but it also has allusions to suicidal thoughts and sexual assault. Neither of these have been covered much in the novel so far, so I felt I should give this warning as a heads up. Though neither topic is gone into in a huge amount of depth, I felt it would be remiss to ignore their potential impact on some readers. In the future, minor discussions of these topics will likely not have trigger warnings, but I promise to give a trigger warning again if the topics return in a more extreme way. AngelAsphodel And there ya go. I'm not entirely sure how I feelabout the final product of this chapter, but it was something that I had wanted to write for a long time now. I have mixed feelings about making Sabrina more relatable, and I always struggle with making her a likable character while still remembering that she's a cruel human being. In the end, I still don't entirely know what to do, now how Dahlia should feel about her. In the end though, while her backstory acts as an explanation, it isn't neccessarily an excuse, and I hope to slowly tackle that.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this though as it's something I've very interested to get feedback on.
