บท 86: Party dynamics
The remainder of the battle on the first floor came to an end swiftly. With only a fraction of the towers remaining, the threat was lowered and everyone in the company could just focus on the last bastions of the enemy. Some reinforcements had gone to these locations, boarding them up like they were taking shelter in some zombie apocalypse, but their resistance was a futile effort. Soon the cheers of the army rang up and echoed over the rolling fields around them.

AngelAsphodel Well, I originally planned to just skip straight to the dungeon crawl that's going to happen next chapter, but this chapter just kinda happened naturally without me even thinking. Sorry about that...
Also, sorry for a late upload. I continue to be under the weather right now but I hope I can keep these daily uploads going. You might have noticed, but I included some more lighthearted elements this chapter. Sometimes I keep things very serious, so I hope you enjoy those occasional jokes to break up pace and add a smile to your face.
