บท 120: Know it all

"What are you up to?" Sage questioned Cyrus angrily, but he appeared unconcerned as he tightened his grip on her hand and ate his food with the other.

Sage looked at Katherine, who was struggling to free herself from River's grip.

"What on earth is going on?" Isabella exclaimed dramatically and stood up, shakily pointing at Darren. "You! You are the water mage that escaped from the dungeon!" She yelled.

Charlotte sighed as she finished her meal, stood up, and took Isabella's arm in hers. "Come on, child, you are very unwelcome here." She informed Isabella, who reacted angrily.

Cyrus had not forgiven Isabella, and her life was in his hands, which meant that any mistake she made, no matter how minor, that triggered him would result in her death.

Realizing her predicament, she looked nervously at Cyrus, who was focused on his food, then at her mother and smiled faintly, saying, "Yes mother."
