According to Nestor, the man's name was Jalen. Apparently, he was the son of the real owner of this plot of land before, the local Chairman of this town- Jansen.

Unlike a city that was run by a Mayor and seven city councilors, a town only has one person to manage it. In the case of Tree Town, it was Jansen, the chairman and Jalen was his son.

"It's nice to meet you, I did not expect that you are actually very young, even younger than me," Jalen greeted and reached out his hand with a smile.

Roland smiled in return and shook his hand in a friendly manner. Though while he was smiling outside, he was actually secretly musing inside.
