Ginny's determination to find Persephone grew stronger after the class incident. She knew she needed help, and there was only one person who might have the information she needed: Yvannah.
As soon as the bell rang for lunch, Ginny rushed out of the classroom, weaving through the bustling hallways until she reached the Prefect Department. Natalie had mentioned that Yvannah, the Deputy Head Prefect, usually spent her free time there. Ginny found her by the window, engrossed in sorting through a stack of documents.
"Hey," Ginny greeted casually, waving a hand awkwardly. "Just wanna ask you about somethi—"
"Non-prefects are not allowed to enter," Yvannah interrupted before Ginny could step fully into the room.
"Oh. Sorry," Ginny said sheepishly, stepping back into the hallway. Yvannah followed her, closing the door behind them.
"Alright, what's up?" Yvannah asked, curiosity piqued.
What a cliffhanger, I know. It was intentional XD What do you think will happen next?
No, worries. This is not an angst story, so we're not going there. It's just that this conversation is very important for the plot since we're learning more about Ginny and Persephone's personality.
