The sound transmission stone gradually shattered; Kelben Black Wand stared at the powder in his hand before sweeping it aside. He narrowed his eyes to look out the window. This legendary mage had a robust stature, with eyes that normally shone bright, but now they flickered with uneasy brilliance.

Kelben had heard this name before but not for the first time; he had previously learned of the Tribunal from Tyler's god-favored knight. Amelia had also once inquired if Kelben knew of this organization, but even with his history with the Harpist Alliance, Kelben knew nothing of the Tribunal's existence.

This was indeed rare since Kelben had been a member of the Harpist Alliance, and even though he had left to establish his own organization, he prided himself on having a capable intelligence network.

Yet, even so, he had never heard of such an organization.
