บท 145: The mysterious turtle (2)

" Reincarnation is a lie " Rhea said, not buying the old turtle's story but the old turtle only smiled and continued.

" The clash we had when we were both tier 5 was one sided, I was toyed with and humiliated, I could not even see Odin's heels much less land a proper attack. 

That was the lowest point of my life. 

The only reason I lived was because Odin in his immense pride did not even think I was worthy enough to be classified as a threat for him anymore and hence he spared my life. 

It's the flaw of the chosen ones, every single one of them thinks they are some sort of bigshots who are untouchable, unkillable and undefeatable. 

So did Odin, and boy o boy did he pay for his arrogance". The turtle said as finally a satisfied smile began to form on his face as if the story was finally about to take a turn for the better.
