บท 334: 334. Doesn’t Feel Right

"I am so sorry, I must have jumped into the wrong conclusions. I just thought you grew tired of being here." She whispered, bringing her head down.

"It's fine," she replied, wiping her tears, sniffing excessively. "But I could never grow tired of being here. Yes, vampires do things somewhat differently from humans but I thought this could be my home."

"It is," Mill cried.

"Thank you, Mill." She said with a sad smile.

"Is this final? Couldn't you talk to the Primus? I could ask him for you, if you'd like. He didn't look like he wanted…"

"It's fine, really. I could never ask you to do that Mill," Mauve returned, it did warm her heart that Mill was willing to go talk to Jael on her behalf. At least someone didn't want her to leave.

"I don't mind even if I have to cross some boundaries. I am sure something can be done."
