บท 406: Horrendous Torture 2

Luke wished for death to come quickly but it seemed as though his will to live was stronger. He couldn't tell how many pairs of fists were pounding on him. All he did was scream his lungs out until the punching stopped.

At this point, Luke's face was battered and bloodied. Both his eyelids were swollen and he couldn't see past his nose. All the bones in his body felt broken or dislocated. In his state, It felt as though a heavy duty truck had run over his body. 

'Why can't I just die?' Luke lamented within. 'Why do I have to endure all this pain? Isn't it obvious that these animals won't spare my life? I can even see their guns. So, why don't they just shoot me in the head?'

Luke was still gasping for breath and trying to feel his toes when the torture resumed. But this time around, it was amplified.
