City Lord Claude, Grace Windsor, and Franken Jean, the three rank six powerhouses, gathered here for a secret meeting.

After his two guests had settled down, city lord Claude soberly said, "Both of you, the demonstration riots in the city are getting more and more intense. Tina Garcia is funding these riots generously, which I fear we will not be able to suppress in a short term. I think it's time for us to take some actions!"

Franken and Grace exchanged a glance.
