The chief staff member let out a silent sigh, but his expression remained completely normal: "Lord Mayor, if you really want to teach Nemesis a lesson, I suggest we target his territory."

"Territory? Where is Nemesis's territory?" The Lord Mayor's eyes shifted, showing a glimmer of interest.

Checking the register on his desk, the staff member replied: "According to our records, Nemesis's territory is downstream of the Moonlight River, approximately 30 kilometers from Orleans City."

"Downstream of the Moonlight River, got it." The eyes of Lord Mayor Claude narrowed slightly, his gaze becoming cold and calculating: "Nemesis manipulated Tina Garcia to kill my uncle Milton, causing significant losses for the 'Nightingale Commerce'. It's high time we gave Nemesis a 'gift'!"
