Hudson:
Watching her sleep in my arms unsettled me, her whimpers shattering the peace she could have had as she slept. Judging by the stress raging in her wolf, her past was haunting her in the worst kind of way. It stunned me that she was so strong one minute, and fragile the next. How could I not protect her, and stand idly by while she continued to help us all regardless of any complaints.
"I didn't mean to, mother!" She cried out, jerking awake. Her body trembled, a fresh sea of tears flowing from her quivering eyes. Collapsing into my arms, a wail of agony burst from her lips. Unsure of what to do, Grappy poked his head into the room. The two of us stared awkwardly at each other, a black dress shirt hugging his chest. His dress pants fluttered in a gentle breeze, Evie smiling warmly at him. Wiping away her tears, she waved happily at him. Crossing her scratched up hands, her throat cleared curtly.
"Hey, Grappy." She sniffled quietly, pretending that she just wasn't having a nervous breakdown. "I was just about to get myself together. Don't worry about me." His eyes narrowed with suspicion, knowing full well that she wouldn't say anything. Frustration brewed in my eyes, her tendency to hide her emotions destroying her mental state once more. Scratching at her neck, the two of us panicked on the inside. Shit! She hasn't been this bad since our parents died unless you count when she had to kill her grandmother. Rushing to her side, he cupped her hand. Small gasps escaped our lips, small lines of blood dripped down her neck. Something needed to be done, or she was going to claw out her own voice box.
"I know that you aren't okay." He snapped hotly, raw terror hiding behind his angry eyes. "You need to stop this or you will seriously injure yourself. Tell us what is wrong before you scratch your throat out." Slapping his hand away, she buried herself back into the bedding. Picking out a tight red lace number, he ripped off the blanket. My trembling hands pulled up my jeans just in time, the two of them getting into a shouting match. Watching the two of them reminded me of how siblings argued in an attempt to fix each other's moods.
"I had to tell someone about my past, and I killed my grandmother. I couldn't even tell her that. The kids in the village think I am some sort of hero. They even have t-shirts of me at the high school. Why do they think I am one!" She screamed bitterly, rocking back and forth. "They don't know that I am a murderer! You did, didn't you? You knew all of my sins this whole time, didn't you! Leave me alo-'' Wrapping my arms around her waist, her rant ended. Daggers shot back at me, claws growing from her fingernails. Crap, she was going wild. Grappy jammed a needle into her neck, her body growing slack in my arms. Both of us were out of breath, yet we needed to make a phone call. Shaking his head, he snapped his fingers and was gone. Only black feathers remained, her chest rising up and down erratically. Crashing onto the floor, Grappy patted the flames devouring his skin. A snarl curled on his lips, alarm widening his eyes. If he couldn't get in, we were both screwed.
"I can't get in." He panted tiredly, Theros leaping in through the window. Apparently nothing was sacred anymore, my eyes rolling. A worn black bag sat in his hands, the ancient leather creaking as he opened it. Pulling out a black spell book, he scanned the pages. His hair hung wildly around his face, his eyes glowing brighter. His lips moved silently, his white dress shirt fluttering about. A red glow bathed her, a dark smoke bursting from her lips. Trapping the smoke in his hands, black rose petals floated to the floor.
"Her past holds a dark spot on her soul. Who made her tell her story?" He demanded venomously, rolling up his sleeves. "I placed a lock on it, so tell me why it is breaking? I kept her together back then, and I will do that now. As the lock weakens, a darkness will take over her heart. Do you guys know how to combat that? I don't. The one time I saw her go all of the way, she almost didn't come back. I had her grandmother attached to her to absorb all of the extra darkness. Who killed her spirit?" Rage seethed in my eyes, his suggestion that she be terrorized for a whole day was inhumane. Was this guy a freaking crazy lunatic!
"You did that!" I roared furiously, jumping to my feet. "She spent years running. Maybe she should face everything so that this doesn't keep happening." Wrapping his fingers around my throat, a clicking noise echoed in the tense room. Her body floated up into the air, his arms dropping to his side. Knocking us to the ground, a burst of energy shattered all of the glass. Peeking our heads over the bed, raw terror paralyzed me. My eyebrow twitched, my whole body shaking. A dark cloud of energy trapped her in a bubble, her fists banging on the inside. Off course she was fight to get out, the battle never ending in her mind.
"I told you to just let me deal with my emotions, Theros!" She cursed furiously, a stray beam pulling me into her mind. The room faded to blackness of her mind, her three forms arguing with each other. The witch one spat out a line of insults at her white wolf, the main Evie trying to calm them down. Hovering back, something told me that I didn't belong here. Growls thundered in her throat, the witch version of her scuffling with her wolf. Black hair mixed with white fur, blood pooling around all three versions of her.
"Enough!" I barked irritably, all three turning towards me. "You are going to kill her if you keep it up! She, I mean all of you are the greatest people I know in the world! Stop fighting, you two are breaking her. Can't you see that!" Rushing to her side, her fingers scratched at the neck. Panic rounded her eyes, nausea hitting me as chunks of flesh hung off of her fingers. Blood poured from her eyes, her fangs sticking out through her lips. Clutching her close to my chest, shock widened my eyes. Her claws stuck out of my chest, her raw strength breaking them off. Sprinting away from me, the black mind space changed to the ocean. Cold sweat dripped off of my brow, my breath hitching. Her wolf skidded next to mine, her witch's side riding on her back. Bloody waves crashed over my bare feet, dying my skin red.
"You were right." The witch version of her admitted, tying her black hair up into a bun. "Everything has been wearing on us. All of us are at our brink. We can beat the darkness in her heart if we combine into one. However she refuses to let us in. Help us. Well, I guess you are helping the same person." Rolling my eyes, sand crunched behind me. Her hair was the last thing I saw as she walked deeper into the ocean, splashing after her. Red dyed the white fur of her inner wolf, the witch swam next to me. The blood got deeper, the level of it already at my neck. A black portal spun at the bottom, all of us struggling past the hurricane strength waves. Swimming through, our bodies splashed onto the floor of her grandmother's cabin. Her Grammy rocked in the corner, twitching oddly. The blood soaked Evie touched her shoulder, all of us screaming out in horror. Her rotting Grammy fell to her feet, maggots spilling out over the floor. A shrill shriek exploded from her lips, the maggots squirming up our legs. Shivers shot up my spine, her true self waking up. A silver blade shimmered in her hand, every bit of rage screaming with each stab.
"I am not a monster that can be thrown away! I did not struggle through my childhood to be miserable now. Purify." She cried out confidently, her voice cracking. Slamming the bloody blade into the ground, white flames devoured the maggots. Snapping her fingers, the scene shifted to our bedroom in her head. Bowing her head in shame, her bloody hands crossed. Leaping into my arms, her sweet lips kissed mine feverishly. Scarlet burned through the blood on her face, my heart skipping a beat. Wiping the blood off of her face, her real smile melted my heart. Hopping out of my arms, she held the paw of her wolf form as her witch form wrapped her hands around her other hand. Chanting a spell in a foreign language, a black stone floated into the air. A white light floated around the black stone, shards turning into white rose petals. Embracing each other, one more ominous line escaped their lips. Snapping her fingers, we were back in the room in the real realm.
Her body floated back down on the bed, the black bubble burst into a flurry of white rose petals. Falling off of the bed, Theros caught her in time. Sitting her back down on the bed, my hands wrapped around hers. Red blood covered us head to toe, a deep sigh pouring from her lips. Hopping off the bed, she shoved everyone out of the room. The pep in her step told me that she was a little better, probably ready to shake off all of the negative emotions.
"Okay, bye." She chirped cheerfully, pulling me into the bathroom. "I will be ready in about twenty minutes. So wait downstairs!" Turning on the shower, she waited impatiently. My cock stiffened at the sight of the water cascading down her body, her ass wagging in the air as she bent down lustfully. How could she want it now, especially after what we went through. Just rolling with it, her wish will be my command.
"Are you coming to Hudson?" She begged lustfully, my inner wolf howling with glee. "I really need you." Standing up slowly, her hands slid up her thigh. Swirling her finger around her swollen clit, the other finger beckoned me to come in. Sliding down my pants, her slender hand pulled me in. Pinning me against the wall, her sweet lips wrapped around my thick girth. Sucking up and down, her tongue danced under the head. Twitching with ecstasy, her name poured from my lips. Grabbing her head, the water covered our noises. The memory of our first time flashed in my mind, making it harder for me not to cum already. Shooting me a devious grin, her tongue licked my length. Wrapping her lips around my head, her lips sucked harder and harder. Unable to resist, she moaned sensually as I flipped her over. Pressing her body against the wall, my name flew from her lips as I jammed myself into her. Gripping the wall, the white tile cracked with each wild buck of my hips. Caressing her bump, her gasps grew faster the rougher I got.
"I am so glad you are my mate." I growled hungrily in her ear, her strength pinning me to the wall. Wrapping her legs around my waist, her hips danced to her own rhythm as her arms wrapped around my neck. Holding her hips, it was getting harder to hold it in. Her fangs grazed the nape of my neck, goosebumps popped up the moment her fangs burst through my skin. Lifting her up and down, her breasts rubbed against my broad chest. Grinning slyly at me, my fingers wiped the blood off the corner of her mouth. Sucking on my finger, a shudder of pleasure shot up my spine. Kissing my lips hungrily, her tongue danced in my mouth. Biting her lips, she groaned excitedly as we both came at the same time. Melting into my arms, the two of us stayed that way.
"Thank you for saving me from my darkness." She whispered with exhaustion, sliding off of me. Washing up real quick, the two of us soon stood in the bedroom throwing on the outfits Grappy picked out. Something told me that we were going to any local restaurant, an unimpressed look dawning on her face as she pulled a sparkly red cocktail dress over her head. The scarlet material hugged her curves, emphasizing her bump. I agreed with her, the scarlet tuxedo was a little excessive. Smiling warmly up at me, she adjusted the scarlet tie which contrasted with the black dress shirt. Grabbing her black purse, Bloodsworths waved up at me. Grappy shot us a thumbs up, the change in plans even a surprise for him. Climbing into a black car, the engine roared to life. Trees flashed by our window, the trees turning into a highway. The distant look in her eyes frightened me, her eyes watching the cars flash by. A couple of hours passed this way, the brakes squealing to a stop in front of a resort teaming with vampires from all over the world. A lump formed in my throat, surely all of those blood suckers would hate our presence. Evie seemed lost in her own world, Grappy poking her nose. Slapping his hand away, Grappy and Bloodsworth both wore matching black velvet suits. The door opened, Grappy tossing us matching raven masks. Placing them on our faces, only Bloodsworth and Grappy chose not to wear a mask. The white simple mask on the well dressed valet glinted in the twinkling lights of the resort, my eyes falling on the white stripe in Evie's hair. When did that get there, I asked myself discreetly. Guiding us out, the poor valet rushed us past the resort into a fancy restaurant meant for monsters of all kinds. Classical music twinkled behind us, Evie refusing to look anywhere but the ground. Wrapping her arm around my elbow, an invisible energy field kept the hunters out and unable to trace the place.
"Relax, my darlings." Bloodsworth sighed happily, lifting up her chin with his finger. "This is my coming out party, and his introduction into the vampire society. It does help that I own this place." Saying nothing, she smiled politely in his direction. Another stripe of white appeared on her dark hair, my mind wondering if she was noticing what was happening. Her inner wolf wasn't telling her thing, the two of them guiding us to the VIP table next to them. Nervously glancing around, horror widened my eyes. Half of her hair was white, her wolf only speaking to me.
"That is her natural hair color, the darkness kept it a darker color." Her inner wolf explained calmly through our mental connection. "Her grandmother's curse was the one thing that kept it dark. I am warning you though. Prepare for the meltdown when she notices it. I am sorry if you liked that color." Her kind eyes smiled up at the gloating Bloodsworth showing off Grappy. Shifting uncomfortably, Grappy crossed his hands as he bowed anxiously. Her slender hand tapped my shoulders, mouthing the words please stand up. The red velvet chair creaked as we stood up, sharp whispers passed around us as the last of her color left her hair. Hearing what they were saying, her finger grabbed a piece of hair. Fighting back tears, her lips trembled. Keeping her cool seemed difficult as we sat down with the proud couple. Plates of food were set down in front of us, goblets of animal blood shimmered in the golden goblets. Scanning the room, black marble tables all had a pitcher of blood in the center. Vampires chatted away, her face paling at Grappy's word. Her polite smile fell, the urge to run away begging us to listen. Surely nothing good could come off this weekend, the two of us prime targets.
"I hope you two can stay the weekend. We are getting married, and you are our maid of honor and best man." He whispered cautiously, her fingers grasping the red tablecloth. "This whole thing was thrown on me too. Sorry!" Knocking her plate to the floor, no one really paid attention. Excusing herself, my black dress shoes chased after her.
"I look like a freak!" She barked bitterly, showing me her hair. "Everyone already hates me as is. What am I supposed to do with this! On top of that I just wanted to sl-" Theros marched in with Diamond and their baby girl. The girl toddled over to her, gurgles bubbling from her lips. Scooping her up, Ruby playing with her hair. Theros embraced her tightly, Diamond nursing a cup of blood. Knowing better than to say something, Diamond said what we all were thinking.
"I like the new hair color. It suits you better." She complimented honestly, smoothing out her black lace mermaid gown. "I didn't know that you guys were invited as well. You are so fortunate. It isn't everyday that outsiders get to see two vampires get married. You must really mean something to them." Chuckling to herself, Ruby bit Evie's hand. Gritting her teeth, a single tear dripped down her right cheek.
"What did I say about biting Ruby!" She warned sweetly, attempting not to rip out her hair. "I am not a chew toy. I guess it isn't something that I can't change. Nice suit, Theros." The four of them chatted pleasantly, the black diamond spiderwebs shimmered in the yellow light of the flames. Wrapping my arms around her waist, the thought of her holding our child caused me to smile happily to myself. Feeling the fresh bite mark on my neck, it was nice to know that she was mine and only mine.
