"Can we talk?" Katherine looked at Ethan and said. At this time, they were standing alone as Mr Smith was with his business friends while the Westburry siblings were having dinner. Although all of them seemed to be busy with their chores, their eyes were on two of them. Actually everyone in the room had their eyes on them. They were like people's favorite exes and they wanted to know what these two were up to. 

Since Ethan took time to respond Kate's imagination began running wild. She did not know why there was a lot of insecurity that she would face when it came to him. She was a brave and confident woman. Why did she have to go through this each time she was with him? 

Ethan ended up taking time to respond as he had not expected this from her. 

"Trust me, I am not here to talk about our past here, "Katherine tried to assure him. She did not know why she did it even though there was no need for it at all.
