"She ignored me the entire breakfast, "Ethan said. He could not get it out of his head that he had been ignored by Esmeralda throughout the entire breakfast. He felt a wall between them this morning that he could not cross. It was what he wanted somewhere in his mind but why was he unable to take it?

Has he become that contradictory?

Liam rolled his eyes as if it was still surprising for someone. What else was his big brother expecting? That was Esmeralda Fox for god's sake. Not some random women who could not say a word in front of the great Ethan Westburry.

"Why are you giving me this look?" Ethan asked. First it was difficult to take the looks that Esmeralda gave him and now his brother was giving him looks instead of being sympathetic to him. What was wrong with everyone today?

"What look?" Liam asked, chewing on the chewing gum.
