บท 21: Chapter 21: Destuction of the Hong clan, Mark's death
A few years after...
Richie was now eleven, It was a Sunday morning and the sun was shining. The grass swayed with great vigor, things were great for Richie.
over the last couple of years, most of the elders in the clan just disappeared along with most of the talented members, but Richie didn't think much of it and continued living his young life, it was probably his fathers doing, to help him better inherit the clan head seat.
When Richie's father steps down from his position, he would be able to inherit his father's clan head position, thus would bring him endless benefits and basically secure his future, so his father helping him in the shadows was surprising but not unexpected.
Though it was a bit suspicious how all of the clan head contenders had completed disappeared along with the most important elders, like the grand elder, who's power was at about the same stage as his father's (Mark)
Today was quite an ordinary day, no disturbances, no people dying stupidly, everything was fine.
That was until the Wang clan appeared.
They appeared with a bang, blowing up multiple buildings within seconds, there were crys of pain all around Richie, he was terrified, but he ran, he looked for his father, and there he was, fighting of the Wang clan.
He turned around, looked Richie dead in the eyes, he was bloodied all over, buildings were still falling, people still dying.
Yet it seemed like everything stopped, that time was frozen, and only him and his father were freee to move.
" Run, as far as you can" he said.
" NO DAD I ca-"
" just run"
he turnedaround as time seemed to resume leaving no room for discussion.
Richie knew he couldn't dissuade his father from fighting, if he was in his dad's place, he would also fight to the death.
Richie then fled the scene, on the way, he helped some of his clan members evacuate, he killed a total of 3 clan members whilst doing that before managing to escape the Hong clans premises and escape into the nearby woods.
Back at the Hong clan, Mark (Richie's father)
was on the floor bleeding as the slaughtered corpses of his clan members lay behind him.
it was fine though, the most important clan members escaped a couple years ago, what they were doing, Mark didn't know.
" so, did you really think you could get away from me after killing my daughter?" Alyssa's father said whilst gazing down at the bloodied Mark.
" You know what your demon spawn of a daughter did, don't play ignorant" Mark spat the rest of the blood in his mouth onto the floor.
" Haha, you really don't know why Alyssa was bugging you over these last few years huh?"
" I couldn't care less about my stupid daughter, I can always make another, but your son Richie, he has somthing our clan specifically need" Alyssa's father chuckled as he slowly floated down to the floor.
" You stay the HELL away from my son, if you lay a finger on him, I'll kill you"
" oh really"
" well, you can't kill me if your dead" Alyssa's father smiled as he pulled his sword out of his sheath.
" you were holding back this entire time" Mark realized, it should have been obvious, how could someone who just barely reached the sixth realm a couple months ago contend with someone who had been in the seventh realm for years.
" well, let me tell you, I had Alyssa go over to you clan every day, as you probably noticed, her purpose was to annoy you so much that you would kill her" Alyssa's father began to explain his 'master plan'
" Even though I hate her, she did turn out to be useful, now I can kill you and your clan with a proper reason, and also take your son whilst I'm at it" Alyssa's father sarcastically smiled at Mark
" couldn't you have just destroyed my clan straight up? You are from the upper realms, you have the backing to do that"
" Oh, it seems like you know quite a bit, I'm not going to waste my breath on you anymore" Alyssa's father grinned
" You sure do smile alot, how about you take that smile to the GOD DAMN UNDERWORLD"
*Whoosh* a vicious wind erupted from Mark's body, the ground within a 100 meter radius raised up from the ground, shaking everything around it, this continued until the entire 100 meters of space that Both Mark and Alyssa's father were in.
" What the hell" Alyssa's father found that he was completely bound to his spot, somthing was suppressing his soul.
"FACE MY WRATH" mark screamed in pain as his body erupted with wounds, his blood vessels popped and his skin peeled off.
Mark was eroding from the outside in, it wasn't long before his entire body was completely gone.
However, in his place, thousands of shades of colours appeared, all merging into one shape, the winds picked up sharply, reaching a height of over a thousand mph.
As the multicolored lights converged into a point and..., the wind completely froze and th multicolored lights complete disappeared plunging the dome into complete darkness,much to Alyssa's father's surprise, he honestly thought he would die, oh well, he was safe now
" What the hell was that" He questioned, he was able to move freely now and he slowly walked towards the outer edge of the dome In complete darkness.
Too bad, he shouldn't have let his guard down
