บท 22: Ripples

Amanda watched the battle in a haze; after her black out, she had come to only to discover the battle still raging on but them losing drastically. She watched through blurred vision the one who called himself Santa Claus kill her team members, slashing and stabbing without mercy.

'No' her head screamed but she could do nothing as she lay there.

Blood and dead bodies rained and when it was all over, Amanda realized she was the only one left minus the women who had been taken away.

Santa Claus walked over to where she lay and crouched, his face red with blood. He smiled, wiping his mouth slowly as she stared up at him.

"I will let you live but if we ever encounter each other again, I shall kill you" he said.

She continued staring at him, tears brimming in her eyes before they closed; the blackness taking her under.

"Let us leave" Santa Claus commanded, eyeing the girl for the last time.
