The sun shone brightly in the clear blue sky, casting a warm golden glow over the castle grounds. Despite the pleasant weather, a slight chill lingered in the air hinting at the approaching change of seasons. I stood outside in a long dress, the fabric swirling around my ankles as a gentle breeze rustled through the trees.

Azar stood beside me, his stern expression betraying his determination to maintain control. He had insisted I wore a long dress when I had opted for a short chiffon sleeveless dress already sensing how hot it was going to be today and it was also because I felt a sense of defiance within me at that moment.
