ARIANNE POV

Everyone all turned their attention to me as I said it, everyone except Harald who seemed to have entered his own world where he was grieving. I stepped forward, going into the chamber. Ivan stared at me in shock while Kiran went into a coughing fit. That seemed to snap Yasmin out of whatever trance she was in because in an instant she was in front of Kiran who stared at her tiredly from where he leaned against the wall.

"You shouldn't be here!" He breathed out as if just noticing his wife's presence.

Yasmin sniffed as she cradled Kiran's face in her arms, "Oh my love, what have they done to you?"

"I look really ugly right now, don't I?" Kiran asked coughing again and this time around he was coughing blood which made Yasmin draw out a gasp.

"Arianne!" Yasmin breathed out, fear evident in her tone as she stared at me.
