บท 271: RIOT

IVAN POV

Something had happened to Arianne in my absence, but I didn't know what it was. I had gone onside the room to check on her progress but I found her slumped on the floor instead. Panic had engulfed my chest and I immediately ran to her. The first thing I noticed was her normal body temperature and the temperature in the room was no longer boiling hot. I grabbed her wrists to check on the bracelets, it had been frozen completely.

Did she do this? I asked myself as I stared down at Arianne wondering why she had slumped down to the ground. I was about to raise an alarm when she opened her eyes suddenly drawing in a deep breath.

I wanted to ask her what had happened but she wrapped her arms tightly around me, crying softly.
