บท 36: STAYING APART

I paced back and forth in my room, anxiously waiting for the news about Ivan. It's been two days now. Ever since I got excused from Ivan's room, I've been holed up in my room. No one would tell me anything about Ivan and I couldn't go check up on him. The only thing I know was that the healer had already arrived and have been treating Ivan. But still it would be nice to know how he is actually doing.

I was still pacing back and forth when the door opened and Aurora came in with Yasmin. "Oh thank the gods." I breathed out as I rushed towards them, "How is he? Please tell me he is doing okay, please."

"The poison has already been completely removed from his system." Aurora informed me and I heaved out a relieved sigh, silently thanking the gods. "He is in his healing state right now." Aurora added and I smiled at that.
