It was too easy but Kyros seemed too caught up in his happiness to realize that.

Till we got to the door and it wouldn't open. 

Rowan and I quickly started to find another way out, while Kyros tried the golden card over and over again. 

Soon enough arrows were raining down on us. Rowan found a way for us to escape through their water system, after a while of a possible drowning, I was out in the open, my back in a river, while I stared at the star-filled sky above, giggling to myself as the excitement of what had just happened rushed over me.

"Ah." I let out a breath and Kyros fell on the sand beside me. 

"That was crazy," he said. 

Rowan didn't say anything to either of us, instead, he walked past us and started trying to create a fire.
