บท 35: Monster bio
Just real quick I thought it might be a good idea to explain what a Gore Magala actually is
A gore magala are a black and eyeless species of monster/dragon that has a physical defence system that is environmentally destructive. Along side their already lethal claws and jaws they possess an ability to spread a virus. This virus is spread either unconsciously by their scales flaking off and creating a mist or they can breath it directly. This virus known as the frenzy virus has the ability to kill nearly any creature that comes in contact with it, however after a few days the corpse resurrects and goes on an insane killing spree, spreading the virus and laying waste to their surroundings. Creatures infected with this virus are extremely dangerous, especially if they happen to survive (in one of the games one of the main plot points is the player having to deal with an unnatural migration of seregios that where chased away in their thousands by just one infected seregios)
However the greatest danger of the gore is actually the fact that it is in its larval state, and provided it eats enough it will change into a shagaru magala, its evolved state which has complete control of the frenzy virus and is an extinction level event that will spread for miles
A chaotic gore magala is one that attempted to change form but was interrupted mid way, resulting in it being stuck halfway, driving the beast completely insane
(This will not be the mcs dragon, as I have said the dragon/monster that I am picking is extremely unknown and is not part of the main timeline/cannon of monster hunter)
