บท 6: CHAKRA

After finishing their talk Koutaro returned home. Hitomi asked him what the merchant told. To which Koutaro asked her a question which has been bugging him for a while.

" ano... hitomi -san, why do the children of the village not know about shinobis?"( In an attempt to sound like a kid).

This was bothering him.Why do adults not speak about this to the kids? Was it not a common knowledge

Hearing his question hitomi's eyes opened wide "Where did you learn it Koutaro- kun?! Did kawamura -san tell you about this?"

Koutaro was a little taken aback by how she reacted. Nonetheless he nodded to her.

*haaa.....* she sighed "Koutaro -kun we are just normal people. Shinobi -samas live more than us. Our status is not comparable. Promise me Koutaro -kun, even if you know about them, you will not talk about it. And if in the future you ever come to see any shinobi -sama don't try to talk to them and should always be demure. Do you understand?" she said the last part seriously with a stoic face.

"l-l Understand!!" Koutaro understood the real reason. Ordinary civilians don't meet the eyes of a shinobi. Reality is even harsher than what was shown in the anime. And it was many years before the start of the Canon.

'I guess the villagers don't tell them about the shinobi until they come of age' Koutaro deduced.

*later*

Talks with the merchant left Koutaro in a state of unrest. If the information obtained from kawamura is indeed correct then the world is driving towards a mayhem and no ordinary people are aware of it.

It can be said that the Naruto world is truly broken, as the time goes on, more and more powerful beings appear and cause a headache for the protagonists.

Man~ common, lt will not be surprising even if a multiverse level deity appears at the end of Boruto.

And what if that's still not the end. They(naruto's creators) can just make a new series about Boruto's son and grandsons, and keep on introducing more broken characters.

'Ahhh.....it's such a headache. What can i even do in this cruel world without any power? it's not like my previous world where people keeps telling the world is cruel, while living in an airconditioned comfy room and earning six figures.'

"l have to try and get strong. Even if l don't get into battles, l still need to be strong enough to protect myself" muttered Koutaro.

"But how? l don't have a f*king mentor who can guide me. And the villagers should be far from understanding about chakra and stuff."

'haaa.... ok, let's calm down first. I recall the two components of chakra are physical energy and spiritual energy. Since being spread by Hagoromo, better known as the Sage of Six Paths, chakra has become a form of life energy that all individuals produce to some degree; those who run out of chakra will die. produced within and manipulated by organs such as the heart, the energy circulates throughout the body in a network called the "Chakra Pathway System", which is similar to the cardiovascular system. Shinobi's have learned to generate more chakra and release it outside their bodies through pressure points called tenketsu in order to perform jutsus. Chakra is created when two more primal energies, known collectively as one's stamina, are moulded together. Physical energy is collected from each of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. These two energies becoming more powerful will in turn make the created chakra more powerful. Therefore, practising a technique repeatedly will build up experience, increasing one's spiritual energy, and thus allowing more chakra to be created.'

After thinking it thoroughly, he walked upto the bed in his room and sat in lotus position.

'Alright, let's see.....l have to feel my chakra pathways.' Koutaro started to meditate.

He concentrated on finding his pathways.,and time began to pass. 5 mins...10mins...15mins.....20mins...

Suddenly he felt a surge of energy flowing in his body in veins like pathways. He followed the path in his consciousness. It didn't take long for him to reach the end, he saw a tiny ball of energy shining brightly and his consciousness broke down.....

Koutaro opened his eyes feeling incredibly hyped. Looks like he managed to open his pathways. Now he can concentrate on strengthening himself.

"But.....why does my chakra feel so tiny?"

(A/N Hey! so I don't really know how do they awaken chakra. I don't remember seeing it in the anime....BUT there was mention of chakra pathways and stuff. So I guess they should have a method to awaken chakra right? l searched about the method but could find any solid answer. So l just added some cultivation elements in place of that. Like 'chakra pathway' and 'dantian' seems same or atleast the name resonate with each other*to me though*. So if anyone knows the right way they awaken chakra please let me know. Or l will just let it be like this. Anyway please enjoy:))
