บท 418: A bold step

Jane was consumed by anger when Rainard suddenly declared his intention to leave home due to his love for Tove. "Rainard, you can't simply abandon your family because of Tove," Jane exclaimed. "Do we no longer hold any significance in your life?" She questioned, her frustration evident.

Rainard, determined to support Tove, helped her stand and turned to face his mother with a mixture of anger and conviction. "If Mother cannot accept the person I love, then it's difficult for her to maintain a place in my life," he asserted.

Tove, standing beside him, urged Rainard not to act hastily.

"Rainard, can't you see that we're only concerned about your well-being?" Juan began to explain before Rainard interrupted him, unwilling to entertain his father's objections.
