Tara Summer winced in pain, cursing inwardly: these men are the epitome of boorishness.

"Behave yourself, or else you're the one who'll suffer!" The leader among the men kicked her, his shoe landing on her knee. The intense pain caused Tara to draw a sharp breath.

"Dare you to kill me!" Tara's stubborn temper also flared, glaring at the foreign man before her.

The man was very young, his blond hair particularly glaring in the sun. His scarred face appeared even more terrifying, easily mistaken for a member of some criminal gang.

"Kill you?" The man laughed coldly, "Wait till the Prince wakes up, he'll grant your wish!"

Seriously injuring Prince Walter and expecting to walk out of here alive?

"Take her away!" He waved his hand, signaling the others to take her back to the underground dungeon.

"Up." The bodyguards roughly pulled her to her feet, not loosening their grips. Instead, they applied more force, twisting her arms behind her back.
