Gray’s POV
My eyes flutter open as the car rolls to a stop out the front of the Astro Lounge. Since it’s Saturday night, the bar is overflowing with patrons trying to get in to enjoy their night. I’m not at all in the mood to be mobbed tonight, but I’m in desperate need of a drink, so that outweighs everything else.
“Thanks, Glen,” I mutter as I unbuckle my seat belt.
“No problem,” he gruffly responds and steps out of the car to open the door for me.
As soon as it swings open, clicks and flashes from a camera blind me within seconds. I anticipated the paparazzi would be here tonight because when aren’t they? They f*cking follow me wherever I go and at this point, I’m used to it. This is my life, and it has been for a decade. Nothing will ever change.
